Center Supervisor

Role: Supervise daily plasma center operations to ensure efficient plasma collections and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities: oversee staff performance, conduct meetings, communicate expectations, facilitate donor movement, monitor time management and overtime, investigate errors, recommend process improvements, participate in recruitment and performance appraisals, and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience preferred; minimum of 1-year supervisory experience overseeing staff.
