Center Manager

Role: Center Manager responsible for overseeing all center operations, ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and managing staff and budgets. Responsibilities: achieve production targets, monitor yields, enhance donor retention, ensure regulatory adherence, lead financial planning, address quality concerns, analyze performance data for efficiency, support audits, enforce safety policies, manage HR functions, and oversee local marketing and community engagement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 4 years), 2+ years management experience overseeing teams, knowledge of industry regulations, proficiency in English, physical ability to perform duties, and occasional travel (~10%).
