Center Manager

Role: Center Manager responsible for overseeing all operational functions of a donation center, ensuring compliance, efficiency, quality, safety, and financial performance. Responsibilities: manage daily operations, drive donor retention and flow, monitor yields, implement process improvements, ensure regulatory and SOP adherence, lead financial activities including budgeting and cash handling, support audits, enforce health and safety policies, lead HR functions, and represent the center in the community. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 4 years), at least 2 years of management experience overseeing staff, knowledge of industry regulations and compliance practices, proficiency in English. High-Value: management in a healthcare-related donation or collection setting, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, safety & quality assurance, financial oversight, community engagement. WorkSetup: on-site with occasional overnight travel (~10%).
