Center Manager

Role: Center Manager overseeing operations, compliance, and continuous improvement at a donor center. Responsibilities: manage daily activities, meet production and yield targets, enhance donor retention and experience, ensure regulatory compliance, lead financial planning and reporting, address quality issues, support audits, enforce safety policies, manage HR functions, and oversee local marketing and community engagement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 4 years), at least 2 years of management experience overseeing teams, knowledge of industry regulations and compliance, proficient in English. High-Value: management in a blood or plasma donation center, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, safety, HR, and community outreach. WorkSetup: on-site with physical requirements including standing, lifting, and occasional travel up to 10%.
