Cell Therapy Account Specialist, Overlay (Contractor)

Role Overview
- Represents Legend’s products and services to a defined customer base, generating and growing sales and achieving/exceeding sales targets within a specific geographic area.

Key Responsibilities
- Work in partnership to drive Carvykti as the preferred CAR-T therapy for multiple myeloma among community and institution-based oncology customers; coordinate activities with other Carvykti representatives.
- Understand Legend and competitor products and the complexities of the multiple myeloma disease state.
- Navigate complex accounts, understand stakeholder needs/issues, and triage to internal stakeholders for support.
- Develop understanding of unique issues/opportunities by geography.
- Provide timely cross-functional feedback from HCP interactions (account trends and therapeutic landscape changes).
- Develop and implement an account business plan using intel to meet customer needs and corporate goals.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects; may co-promote with outside partner companies.
- Identify/resolution issues and opportunities; proactively communicate with marketing and sales management; manage territory budget for engagements and events.
- Represent Legend at national and/or local symposiums/conventions.
- Complete required administrative functions (reporting, expenses, etc.).
- Report adverse events to Drug Safety and other internal departments as required.
- Promote appropriate use of products per Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory agencies, state and federal law; adhere to company policies and ethics.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (accredited).
- Preferred: 3 years of Oncology/specialty healthcare sales.
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales objectives (specialty markets preferred).
- Experience executing within large community accounts; strategic planning and problem solving.
- Plus: cell therapy/bone marrow transplant sales; product launch experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written/presentation).
- Superior selling skills; relationship building and influencing.
- Ability to rapidly learn technical/scientific information.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, team-oriented; strong problem anticipation/adjustment.
- Valid driver’s license; multitasking agility.
- Travel: 50–60%.
- Strong organizational/time management; accurate/admin capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
