Cell Therapy Account Manager, Raleigh/Durham

Role: Cell Therapy Account Manager responsible for driving commercial success of CAR T therapies in the Raleigh/Durham area by developing strategic account plans and managing stakeholder relationships at treatment sites. Responsibilities include serving as the main contact for designated accounts, coordinating resources to meet customer needs, navigating complex healthcare environments, and supporting referral processes. Must maintain disease and product knowledge, gather customer insights, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Qualifications: 7+ years of sales, marketing, or commercial experience with 5+ years in Hematology/Oncology; strong account management, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration skills; Bachelor's Degree required. Preferred: hospital, academic, or community setting experience, and familiarity with reimbursement processes. High-value specifics: focus on cellular therapy for hematologic malignancies, CAR T treatment sites, with a field-based role requiring up to 50% travel within the US. The position reports to the Area Business Manager and is field-based in the US.
