Responsibilities:
- Assess, cultivate, and manage customer relationships with stakeholders to achieve commercial objectives for cellular therapy launches.
- Develop customized site-specific account plans and coordinate deployment of resources to meet customer needs and ensure a seamless, differentiated patient experience.
- Serve as main point of contact for designated accounts; collaborate with cross-functional partners to create a streamlined interface between account stakeholders and field teams.
- Navigate complex account environments, identify stakeholder needs/issues, and drive solutions.
- Support referral of appropriate patients to treatment centers.
- Maintain and continuously develop disease and product knowledge.
- Gain customer insights and provide timely feedback on account trends, therapeutic landscape, performance, industry issues, opportunities, risks.
- Ensure compliance with laws/regulations/policies governing cell therapy activities.
- Drive within assigned territory; travel as needed (incl. some airplane travel).
Qualifications (Required):
- 7+ years sales/marketing/commercial experience; 5+ years Hematology/Oncology.
- Key account management experience in large, complex accounts with influential stakeholders.
- Customer-service orientation (responsive, reliable, strong follow-up).
- Ability to partner effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Technical expertise/business acumen; strong analytical/consulting/business planning skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of U.S. compliance guidelines.
- Independent work ability; travel up to 50%.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Qualifications (Preferred):
- Hospital sales; academic/community setting.
- Buy-and-bill reimbursement experience.
