Overview
- Drive Amtagvi demand by building a referral network between community practices and academic centers; enable early patient identification and streamline referral pathways; and collaborate with internal teams to improve scientific and operational excellence in cell therapy account management.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Drive Amtagvi demand and pull-through at targeted ATCs; liaise between community oncology practices and internal stakeholders.
- Primary commercial point of contact for the Iovance iPOD at authorized treatment centers offering commercially available Amtagvi; lead development/onboarding of new TIL service lines.
- Educate site personnel on clinical/product information.
- Provide product/process expertise to service line stakeholders.
- Collaborate with ATC Operations to align logistics, processes, and operations.
- Build relationships with clinical thought leaders and prescribers to influence uptake.
- Maintain disease state, product, and competitive landscape knowledge.
- Attend regional/national professional meetings and congresses.
- Provide timely feedback to management on account trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategic account plans.
Travel

Required Education, Skills, and Knowledge
- 8–12 years related experience with a bachelor’s; or 6 years with a master’s; or PhD with 3 years; or equivalent in oncology/cell therapy or rare disease (subject to review).
- Oncology/cell therapy or rare disease experience.
- Deep market knowledge including reimbursement/policy landscape; ability to coach and drive alignment with cross-functional partners.
- Experience with complex delivery systems (logistics and regulatory/compliance such as GMP/Quality systems).
- Data analytics skills to optimize uptake strategy; initiative/urgency.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Education/Skills
- MBA or related graduate degree; new product launch experience.
- Experience in oncology care, new product launches, and cell therapy.
