Overview:
- Drive Amtagvi demand by building a referral network between community practices and academic centers, enabling early patient identification and streamlined referral pathways, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance scientific and operational excellence in cell therapy account management.

Responsibilities:
- Drive Amtagvi demand and pull-through at targeted ATCs; liaison between community oncology practices and internal stakeholders.
- Primary commercial point of contact for the Iovance iPOD at authorized treatment centers; lead development and onboarding of a new TIL service line at target ATCs.
- Educate site personnel on AmtagviTM clinical/product information; provide expertise on Iovance products/processes.
- Collaborate with ATC Operations to align Cell Therapy logistics, processes, and operations.
- Build relationships with thought leaders and AmtagviTM prescribers to influence uptake.
- Maintain disease state/product/competitive landscape knowledge; attend regional/national meetings.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners (Market Access, Operations, Quality, Marketing, Medical, etc.) to support patient identification, infusion, and clinical care.
- Provide timely feedback on account trends and opportunities; develop strategic account plans with sales leadership.
- Maintain compliance with US/global healthcare laws/regulations.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
- 8–12 years related experience with bachelor’s (or 6 years with master’s; or PhD with 3 years); or equivalent oncology/cell therapy/rare disease experience (department review for barriers to entry).
- Oncology/cell therapy or rare disease experience.
- Deep market knowledge of oncology/immunotherapy including reimbursement/policy landscape.
- Experience with complex delivery systems (logistics, GMP/quality systems, regulatory/compliance).
- Ability to coach and drive alignment; use data analytics to optimize uptake strategy.
- Initiative, urgency, perseverance; valid driver’s license.

Preferred:
- MBA/related graduate degree.
- New product launch experience; experience in oncology care/new launches/cell therapy.

- Travel: 50%.
