Overview
- Drive Amtagvi demand by building a referral network between community practices and academic centers; enable early patient identification and streamline referral pathways; collaborate with internal teams to enhance scientific and operational excellence in cell therapy account management.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Drive Amtagvi demand/pull-through at targeted ATCs as liaison between community oncology practices and internal stakeholders.
- Primary commercial point of contact at authorized treatment centers; commercial lead for developing/onboarding a new TIL service line.
- Educate site personnel on Amtagvi clinical/product information; provide product/process expertise to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with ATC Operations on cell therapy logistics, processes, and operations.
- Build relationships with clinical thought leaders and prescribers to influence uptake; facilitate stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain disease state/product/competitive landscape knowledge; attend regional/national congresses.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Market Access, Operations, Quality, Marketing, Medical, etc.) to support patient identification, infusion, and clinical care.
- Provide timely feedback on account trends and opportunities; develop strategic account plans with sales leadership.
- Maintain compliance with US/global healthcare laws/regulations; exemplify core values/policies.

Required Qualifications/Skills
- 8β12 years related experience (BS) or 6 years (MS) or 3 years (PhD) or equivalent oncology/cell therapy/rare disease experience.
- Oncology/cell therapy or rare disease experience.
- Deep market knowledge (oncology/immunotherapy), including reimbursement/policy landscape.
- Experience with complex delivery systems and logistics plus regulatory/compliance (e.g., GMP, Quality systems).
- Ability to coach/drive alignment with field and cross-functional partners; use data analytics for uptake strategy.
- Initiative, urgency, perseverance; valid driverβs license.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- MBA/related graduate degree; new product launch experience.
- Experience in oncology care, new product launches, and cell therapy.
