About the Role
Pharmaceutical Case Manager (Patient Services) responsible for overseeing the patient journey from initial onboarding through ongoing support and service for a designated region, ensuring a positive and seamless patient experience for specialty medications. Works with cross-functional teams (field access managers, educators, field sales, specialty pharmacies).

What Youโ€™ll Do / Responsibilities
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders, patients, and healthcare professionals to ensure timely service delivery.
- Manage patient support and case management from prescription receipt through ongoing treatment support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues and share best practices.
- Verify insurance coverage and prior authorization; resolve barriers to treatment in partnership with Field Access Manager and Key Account Directors.
- Coordinate therapy initiation and support patient questions in accordance with prescribing information.
- Provide ongoing education based on prescribing information, monitor patient progress, and address concerns to support adherence.
- Use motivational interviewing techniques tailored to patient needs.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of case management experience in pharma/biotech, clinics, hospital, or insurance.

- Strong verbal and written communication; HIPAA/privacy knowledge and confidentiality.
- Working knowledge of health insurance, Medicare Part D, prior authorization, and Rx reimbursement for specialty drugs.
- Experience with Adverse Event and Product Quality Complaint reporting.

Nice to Have
- 1 year in pharmaceutical/biotech case management.

Remote/Travel
- Fully remote; based in/near Phoenix, AZ area. Occasional domestic travel up to 25%.

Pay Range
- $39.00โ€“50.00 hourly.
