Role Overview
Perform in a fast-paced environment supporting financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Collaborate closely with business teams to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Conduct variance analysis and trend identification; highlight key drivers.
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation.
- Partner with business units and senior management to provide financial guidance and recommendations.
- Continuously improve financial processes, systems, and reporting.
- Support month-end close activities as requested.
- Assist with documentation and internal audits to support controls and compliance.
- Perform other analytical and reporting tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred).
- Mathematical/analytical certification/qualification.
- 3–5 years progressive finance or accounting experience.
- FP&A or business partnering experience in a matrix environment.
- Advanced Excel; proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis; PowerPoint and PowerBI.
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of financial drivers, financial statement analysis, and deep-dive analysis.
- Experience with continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and project management.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Preferred: life sciences industry experience; SOX financial controls knowledge; ERP experience (S4 Hana and OneStream a plus).

$68,045–$89,308 USD.
