It also includes team management, medical training, and oversight of Medical Information processes. Qualifications: Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) with at least 12 years of clinical and/or industry experience, including 7+ years in Medical Affairs, with proven leadership of medical teams; prior Medical Director or similar experience preferred. High-value specifics: focus on Neuro Care, with expertise in neurology, cardiology, oncology, or related areas; experience in GCP, compliance, and regulatory frameworks; ability to travel 30-40%. The position is based in the US, with a strategic, senior-level scope emphasizing stakeholder engagement, evidence generation, and cross-functional leadership.
