Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally (territory teammates, field teams, home-office) to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to generate local insights, support pull-through, and lead impactful engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and collaborate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
- Leverage digital tools and omni-channel outreach to engage customers virtually and face-to-face.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly structured complex sales with geographically dispersed teams within last 5 years; or other complex sales environments with strong field leadership and customer engagement (Associate level: limited prior sales experience acceptable).
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Strong analytics and ethical leadership; ability to support compliance.
- Reside in territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Understanding of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
