Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive and cross-functional knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and market trends for local insights, pull-through efforts, and impactful customer engagements (virtual/in-person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex issues collaboratively.
- Provide real-time access support in partnership with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach and engage customers.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
- 2+ years of relevant experience (within last 5 years) in specialty pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales (medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, B2B); Associate level accepts limited sales experience.
- Proven high performance in navigating/selling to large accounts and key customers.
- Self-starter with analytic problem-solving and ethical/compliance leadership.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.

Compensation/Benefits (US-based eligible):
- Performance-based cash incentive; may be eligible for annual equity.

- Salary range (by level): Associate $77K–$143K; TAS $93.8K–$174.2K; Senior $119.7K–$222.3K; Executive $132.3K–$245.7K.
