Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Anticipate opportunities using market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional dynamics.
- Use territory data and trends to uncover local insights and lead engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex challenges.
- Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex sales: devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, B2B) with large geographically dispersed sales teams (within last 5 years). Associate level: limited prior sales experience acceptable.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Analytic, self-starter; ethical leadership and compliance.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80% and drive/fly within territory; valid driver’s license.

Desirable:
- Experience across therapeutic/disease states, account strategy, new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and HCP-focused medical calling.

Leveling (by experience): Associate / Territory / Senior / Executive.
