Cardiovascular Territory Account Specialist โ Richmond, VA

Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts/HCPs; build relationships and identify shared priorities to improve patient outcomes.
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and support patient outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver access support and seamless customer experience (incl. Patient Specialty Services).
- Anticipate opportunities/challenges using market, competitive, and cross-functional insights; use territory data to uncover local insights.
- Lead/participate in planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex problems.
- Use digital tools and omnichannel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and in-person).
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- 2+ yearsโ (Territory) or 5+ (Senior) or 10+ (Executive) experience in specialty pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex industries; Associate level: limited sales experience acceptable or 4+ years military leadership.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts and navigating key customers.
- Strong analytic, ethical leadership, and compliance mindset.
Required:
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border.
- Travel 60โ80% across geography; ability to drive and/or fly; valid driverโs license.
- Driving is essential.
Desirable:
- Experience across therapeutic areas/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access/buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling.
