Territory Assignment: Field-based sales role covering Southern Illinois (Springfield, O’Fallon, Belleville, Mount Vernon, Carbondale, Marion, Effingham and surrounding areas). Overnight travel may be required ~25%.

Position Overview:
- Develop and manage relationships with health care customers (cardiologists, primary care, and other providers). Engage with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the portfolio.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned to customer needs and product labeling.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Use headquarter-approved information on products, disease, and marketplace.
- Monitor business performance vs. objectives using company tools.

Minimum Requirements:
- S1: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience.
- S2: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage health care professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to changing market conditions.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; works independently and in teams.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in territory or within 25 miles (metro) / 75 miles (non-metro); otherwise willing to relocate at own expense.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Sales/account management/consultative or customer service background.
- Experience analyzing metrics; 3+ years relevant sales experience.
- Cardiovascular sales experience with cardiologists and endocrinologists.
- Product launch/competitive market experience; ability to simplify technical information.
- Advanced analytics for customer insights; multi-channel tools/technology; proactive, agile learning mindset.
