Position Overview
- Develop and manage relationships with health care customers (physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, hospital clinics).
- Serve as primary contact for customers in assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned with product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management regular updates on customer needs, patient outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver key insights based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent:
- S1: 0–3 years relevant experience (sales/marketing/military or healthcare/science fields like pharmaceuticals/biotech/medical devices).
- S2: 3+ years sales experience or 6+ years relevant experience.
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage healthcare professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to changing market conditions.
- Proven interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong organization/time management.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in Terre Haute, IN; must live within 50 miles.

Preferred Experience and Skills
- Background in sales/account management/consultative roles/customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics; product launches; competitive market experience.
- Ability to simplify complex information; convey technical details.
- Proficiency with advanced analytics and multi-channel tools.
- Proactive learning and agile growth mindset.

Benefits

Territory/Travel
- Field-based sales covering Terre Haute, IN; overnight travel ~25% (varies by territory/business need).

Salary Range
- S1: $79,200.00–$124,700.00; S2: $106,200.00–$167,200.00.
