Territory Assignment
- Field-based sales role covering the Southwest District: Tucson, Phoenix, Las Vegas, San Diego, and Newport Beach.
- Overnight travel may be required ~25% of the time.
Position Overview
- Develop and manage relationships with cardiologists, primary care, and other healthcare professionals.
- Engage with physiciansβ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company standards and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and required certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned to product labeling.
- Provide regular updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Use HQ-approved information on products, disease, and the marketplace.
- Monitor performance vs. objectives using company tools to plan and drive sales impact.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements (S1/S2)
- S1: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 0β3 years relevant experience.
- S2: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage healthcare professionals.
- Adaptable to changing market/customer expectations; strong interpersonal/analytical/communication skills.
- Work independently and collaboratively; excellent organization and time management.
- Valid driverβs license.
- Reside in territory (or within specified distances); otherwise willing to relocate at own expense.
Preferred Experience/Skills
- Sales/account management/consultative or customer service background; 3+ years relevant sales.
- Cardiovascular sales experience with cardiologists/endocrinologists.
- Product launch experience in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information; strong analytics; multi-channel tools; proactive learning.

Compensation/Benefits
- Salary range: $106,200.00β$167,200.00.
- Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive (if applicable).
