Territory Assignment / Overview:
- Field-based sales role covering the Southwest District (Tucson, Phoenix, Las Vegas, San Diego, Newport Beach).
- Travel as needed; overnight travel may be ~25% to support client meetings.
- Develop and manage relationships with health care customers (cardiologists, primary care, and other health care professionals) across physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned with product labeling.
- Provide regular updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Use approved HQ information regarding products, disease, and marketplace.
- Monitor business performance vs. objectives using company tools.
Minimum Requirements:
- S1: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience.
- S2: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Use digital tools to engage health care professionals.
- Adaptability; strong interpersonal/analytical/communication skills.
- Independent and collaborative; excellent organization/time management.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in territory (or within specified distances); relocate at own expense if outside.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Account management/consultative sales or customer service.
- Analyze metrics toward goals; 3+ years relevant sales.
- Cardiovascular sales with relationships (cardiologists/endocrinologists).
- Launching products in competitive markets; simplify complex technical info.
- Advanced analytics, multi-channel tools, proactive learning/agile mindset.
