Position Overview
As a Cardiovascular Disease Specialist, you will develop and manage relationships with health care customers and serve as the primary contact within your assigned territory.

Territory Assignment
- Field-based sales role covering the Southern GA territory
- Overnight travel may be required about 25% of the time (travel needs vary by territory)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio
- Conduct balanced and compliant product sales discussions with health care providers and business professionals per product labeling
- Provide customers key insights using company-approved promotional materials
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals
- Deliver key insights based on professional knowledge and market trends
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools

Minimum Requirements
- S1: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience
- S2: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience)
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans
- Comfortable using digital tools/platforms to engage health care professionals
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer expectations
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Works well independently and collaboratively; strong organization/time management
- Valid driver’s license
- Reside in Southern GA (must reside within 50 miles)

Preferred Experience and Skills
- Background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service
- Experience analyzing metrics toward goals
- Minimum of 3 years relevant sales experience
- Experience launching products and succeeding in competitive markets
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details clearly
- Proficiency with advanced analytics and multi-channel tools/technology
- Proactive learning and agile growth mindset

Benefits
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and company car

Salary Range
- S1: $79,200–$124,700
- S2: $106,200–$167,200
