Territory & Travel
- Field-based sales role covering the Southern California District: Los Angeles, Riverside, Burbank, Anaheim, Ventura, and Pasadena.
- Overnight travel may be required ~25% (as needed for client meetings and coverage).

Position Overview
- Develop and manage relationships with health care customers (cardiologists, primary care, and other HCPs). Engage with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned with product labeling.
- Provide regular updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Use headquarter-approved information on products, disease areas, and marketplace.
- Monitor performance vs. objectives using company tools.

Qualifications (Minimum)
- S1: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience.
- S2: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience).
- Analyze complex data; develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable with digital tools; adaptable to changing market conditions.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; organized/time management; works independently and in teams.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in territory or within 25 miles of workload center (metro) / 75 miles (non-metro); relocate at own expense if outside.

Preferred Experience/Skills
- Account management, consultative/customer service background; analytics/metrics experience.
- Minimum 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Cardiovascular sales experience with relationships to cardiologists and endocrinologists.

Benefits/Pay & Apply
- Salary range: $79,200.00–$124,700.00; eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive (if applicable).
