Territory Assignment: Field-based sales role covering McAllen, Brownsville, Corpus, Laredo, San Antonio, New Braunfels, Waco, and Mansfield. Overnight travel may be required about 40% to support client meetings and ensure territory coverage.

Position Overview: Develop and manage relationships with cardiologists, primary care, and other healthcare professionals. Engage with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned to product labeling.
- Provide regular updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Use HQ-approved information on approved products, disease, and marketplace.
- Monitor performance vs. objectives using company tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years (S1) or 3+ years sales experience / 6+ years relevant experience (S2), including healthcare/scientific or sales/marketing/military experience.
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage healthcare professionals.
- Adaptable to changing market/customer needs.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; works independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in territory (or within 25 miles of workload center for metro; within 75 miles for non-metro); otherwise willing to relocate at own expense.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Sales, account management, consultative, or customer service background.
- Experience analyzing metrics; minimum 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Cardiovascular sales experience with cardiologists/endocrinologists.
- Product launch experience in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details.
- Advanced analytics and multi-channel tools; proactive learning/agile growth mindset.
