Territory Assignment:
- Field-based sales role covering Seattle South territory (Tacoma, Vancouver, Camas, Longview, Olympia, Centralia, and Alaska).
- Overnight travel may be required ~25%–50%.

Position Overview:
- Primary contact for customers in territory; develop and manage relationships with cardiologists, primary care, and other healthcare professionals across physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies/ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct compliant product sales discussions aligned to product labeling.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Use headquarter-approved information on products, disease, and marketplace.
- Monitor performance vs. objectives using company tools.

Minimum Requirements:
- S1: BA/BS, or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience.
- S2: BA/BS, or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience or 6+ years relevant experience.
- Analyze complex data for strategic sales plans.
- Comfort with digital tools for engaging healthcare professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable; strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Independent and organized; collaborative.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in territory (within 25 miles of workload center for metro; 75 miles for non-metro) or willing to relocate at own expense.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Sales/account management/customer service background; 3+ years relevant sales.
- Cardiovascular sales with established cardiologist/endocrinologist relationships; product launch experience.

Required Skills:
- Account management, CRM, customer needs assessments, lead generation, market analysis, product knowledge, sales forecasting/metrics/pipeline/reporting/strategy/training, health economics, interpersonal relationships, self-motivation.
