Cardiovascular Disease Specialist (Field Sales) β Seattle South Territory (Tacoma, Vancouver, Camas, Longview, Olympia, Centralia, and Alaska). Primary customer contact; collaborate with sales and integrated delivery system leaders to deliver patient-focused solutions.
Territory & Travel: Field-based; overnight travel may be required ~25%β50% based on territory needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies/ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned to product labeling.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Use HQ-approved information on products/disease/marketplace.
- Monitor performance vs. objectives using company tools.
Qualifications:
- S1: BA/BS or HS diploma/equivalent with 0β3 years relevant experience (sales/marketing/military/healthcare & scientific fields).
- S2: BA/BS or HS diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience or 6+ years relevant experience.
- Analyze complex data; leverage insights for strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools/platforms with healthcare professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable; strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Works independently and collaboratively; strong organization/time management.
- Valid driverβs license.
- Reside in territory or within 25 miles (metro) / 75 miles (non-metro); relocate at own expense if outside.
Preferred:
- Sales/account management/consultative or customer service background; 3+ years relevant sales.
- Cardiovascular sales with established cardiologist/endocrinologist relationships.
- Experience launching products in competitive markets; strong ability to communicate technical info.
- Proficient analytics/multi-channel tools; proactive learning/agile mindset.
