Territory/Role: Field-based sales covering the Salt Lake City, UT territory. Overnight travel may be required about 25%.

Position Overview:
Develop and manage relationships with healthcare customers (physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, hospital clinics).

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned with product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver customer insights based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.

Minimum Requirements:
- S1: Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience.
- S2: Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience).
- Analyze complex data; develop strategic sales plans.
- Use digital tools/platforms to engage healthcare professionals.
- Adapt to changing market/customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication skills.
- Strong organizational/time management; work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside within 50 miles of Salt Lake City, UT.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Sales/account management/consultative/customer service background.
- Experience analyzing metrics; launching products in competitive markets.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Advanced analytics; multi-channel tools.
- Proactive, agile learning mindset.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Salary range: S1 $79,200–$124,700; S2 $106,200–$167,200.
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and company car.
