Position Overview
- Develop and manage relationships with health care customers across physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct compliant product sales discussions aligned with product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Deliver regular updates to management on customer needs, patient outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.

Territory & Travel
- Field-based sales role covering Sacramento/Northern, CA; overnight travel may be required (~25%). Must reside within 50 miles.

Qualifications (Minimum)
- S1: Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience.
- S2: Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools/platforms with health care professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable; strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Works independently and collaboratively; excellent organization/time management.
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Experience/Skills
- Background in sales/account management/consultative roles/customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics; product launches in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information; advanced analytics; multi-channel tools.

Benefits

Compensation
- S1: $79,200.00–$124,700.00; S2: $106,200.00–$167,200.00.
