Position Overview
- Field-based Cardiovascular Disease Specialist sales role covering the Rocky Mount, NC territory (overnight travel may be required ~25%; must reside within 50 miles).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions with health care providers and business professionals per product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver customer insights using professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support planning and sales impact.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years (S1) or 3+ years sales experience / 6+ years relevant experience (S2) in sales, marketing, military, and/or health care/scientific fields (pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices).
- Ability to analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools/platforms to engage health care professionals.
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; can work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Experience And Skills
- Background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics/goals; launching products in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details.
- Proficient with advanced analytics and multi-channel tools.
- Proactive learning/agile growth mindset.

Benefits/Compensation
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and company car.
- Salary range: S1 $79,200–$124,700; S2 $106,200–$167,200.
