Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio.
- Conduct balanced and compliant product sales discussions with health care providers and business professionals to align customer needs with company products according to product labeling.
- Provide customers with key insights using the company’s approved promotional materials.
- Provide management with regular updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver key insights to customers based on ongoing professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning and sales impact.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements (S1/S2):
- S1: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience.
- S2: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or at least 6 years relevant experience).
- Able to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools/platforms to engage with healthcare professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to changing market conditions and customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management; able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in Peoria, IL area; must live within 50 miles.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics; minimum 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Experience launching products in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details.
- Proficient in advanced analytics; comfortable with multi-channel tools/technology.
- Proactive learning mindset.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and company car.
Compensation (salary range):
- S1: $79,200.00–$124,700.00
- S2: $106,200.00–$167,200.00
