Cardiovascular Disease Specialist (Field Sales)

Position Overview:
- Develop and manage relationships with health care customers; engage with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct compliant product sales discussions aligned to product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver key insights to customers based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.

Territory/Travel:
- Field-based sales covering Palm Springs, CA; overnight travel may be required about 25% of the time.

Qualifications:
- S1: Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience (sales, marketing, military, or healthcare/scientific fields such as pharma, biotech, or medical devices).
- S2: Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience, or 6+ years relevant experience.
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage healthcare professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable; strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license; reside within 50 miles of Palm Springs, CA.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Sales/account management/consultative or customer service background.
- Experience analyzing metrics; product launches in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information; advanced analytics; multi-channel tools.
- Proactive learning/growth mindset.

Benefits:
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and company car.

Salary Range:
- S1: $79,200–$124,700; S2: $106,200–$167,200.
