Territory Assignment
- Field-based sales role covering Oklahoma - Dallas district (Fort Worth, Dallas, Oklahoma City).
- Overnight travel may be required ~25%.

Position Overview
- Primary customer contact in assigned territory; develop/manage relationships with cardiologists, primary care, and other healthcare professionals.
- Engage with physician offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-level business plan aligned with policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned to product labeling.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Use HQ-approved information on products, disease, and marketplace.
- Monitor performance vs. objectives using company tools.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- S1: BS/BA (or HS diploma/equivalent) with 0–3 years relevant experience; or
- S2: BS/BA (or HS diploma/equivalent) with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience).
- Analyze complex data; develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage healthcare professionals.
- Adaptable; strong interpersonal/analytical/communication skills.
- Independently organized and collaborative.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in territory/within 25 miles of metro centers (or 75 miles non-metro); relocate at own expense if outside.

Preferred Experience/Skills
- Sales/account management/consultative/customer service background.
- Cardiovascular sales with relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists.
- Experience analyzing metrics; launching products; advanced analytics; multi-channel tools.

Skills (required, per posting): Account management/planning, business planning, complex data analysis, hospital sales, lead generation, market analysis, primary care, product sales, sales calls/metrics/pipeline/presentations/process management.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Salary range: $106,200–$167,200 (eligible for annual bonus/long-term incentive if applicable).
