Position Overview
- Field-based Cardiovascular Disease Specialist covering the Minneapolis, MN territory; overnight travel may be required about 25%.
- Develop and manage relationships with health care customers across physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and required certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned to product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials and ongoing professional/health care environment knowledge.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with:
- S1: 0–3 years relevant experience (sales, marketing, military, or healthcare/scientific fields).
- S2: 3+ years sales experience (or high school diploma with 6+ years relevant experience).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage health care professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to market and customer needs.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; works independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside within 50 miles of Minneapolis, MN.

Preferred Experience and Skills
- Background in sales/account management/consultative roles/customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics; minimum 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Product launch experience and success in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information; technical communication.
- Proficient in advanced analytics and multi-channel tools.
- Proactive learning and agile growth mindset.

Benefits
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and company car.
- Salary Range: S1 $79,200–$124,700; S2 $106,200–$167,200.
