Position Overview
As a Cardiovascular Disease Specialist, you will serve as the primary customer contact within your assigned territory, developing and managing relationships with diverse health care customers.

Territory/Travel
- Field-based sales role covering the McAllen, TX territory.
- Overnight travel may be required about 25% of the time.
- Must reside within 50 miles of McAllen, TX.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and required certifications.
- Conduct compliant product sales discussions aligned with product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver insights based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.

Minimum Requirements
- S1: Bachelorโ€™s (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0โ€“3 years relevant experience.
- S2: Bachelorโ€™s (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or at least 6 years relevant experience).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools/platforms with health care professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to changing market conditions.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; excellent organizational/time management.
- Valid driverโ€™s license.

Preferred Experience/Skills
- Background in sales/account management/consultative roles/customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics; minimum 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Experience launching products in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information; convey technical details clearly.
- Advanced analytics and multi-channel tools/technology.
- Proactive, agile learning mindset.

Benefits/Compensation
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and company car.
- Salary range: S1 $79,200โ€“$124,700; S2 $106,200โ€“$167,200.
