Position Overview
As a Cardiovascular Disease Specialist (field-based sales), you will develop and manage relationships with healthcare customers across the Lexington, KY territory. Travel may be required, including overnight travel about 25% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced and compliant product sales discussions aligned to customer needs and product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver customer insights based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
Minimum Requirements
- S1: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience.
- S2: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfort using digital tools/platforms with healthcare professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to changing market and customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside within 50 miles of Lexington, KY.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Background in sales/account management/consultative roles/customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics; product launches; competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details.
- Proficient with advanced analytics and multi-channel tools.

- S1: $79,200.00–$124,700.00
- S2: $106,200.00–$167,200.00
