Position Overview
- Develop and manage relationships with health care customers.
- Engage with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics to execute responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned with product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver insights to customers using professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance vs. objectives using company tools.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- S1: Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience (e.g., professional sales/marketing, military, healthcare/scientific fields such as pharma/biotech/medical devices).
- S2: Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience or 6+ years relevant work experience.
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage health care professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to changing market and customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong organizational/time management.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in Jackson, TN area; must live within 50 miles.

Preferred Experience and Skills
- Background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics; minimum 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Product launch experience and success in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information; convey technical details.
- Proficient in advanced analytics and multi-channel tools.
- Proactive learning and agile growth mindset.
