Position: Chronic Care Sales Representative (field-based)
Territory: Hartford, CT. Overnight travel may be required ~25%.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and required certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers and business professionals per labeling.
- Provide customers with key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver key insights based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor performance against objectives using company tools to support planning and sales impact.
Qualifications (Minimum):
- S1: BA/BS, or high school diploma/equivalent with 0β3 years relevant experience.
- S2: BA/BS, or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage healthcare professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to changing market and customer needs.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Works independently and collaboratively; excellent organization/time management.
- Valid driverβs license.
- Reside within 50 miles of Hartford, CT.
Preferred:
- Sales, account management, consultative, or customer service background.
- Experience analyzing metrics; product launches; conveying technical information.
- Advanced analytics and multi-channel tool proficiency; proactive, agile learning.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range: S1 $79,200β$124,700; S2 $106,200β$167,200.
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and company car.
