Position Overview
- Develop and manage relationships with health care customers; engage with physiciansโ€™ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct compliant, balanced product sales discussions aligned with product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver insights to customers based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.

Qualifications (Minimum)
- S1: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 0โ€“3 years relevant experience (sales/marketing/military/healthcare & scientific fields like pharma/biotech/medical devices).
- S2: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience, or 6+ years relevant experience.
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools with healthcare professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to changing market conditions.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Works independently and collaboratively; excellent organization and time management.
- Valid driverโ€™s license.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Reside in Greensboro, NC; must live within 50 miles.

Preferred Experience and Skills
- Background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics; minimum 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Product launch experience; competitive market success.
- Ability to simplify complex information; convey technical details.
- Proficient with advanced analytics and multi-channel tools.
- Proactive learning/agile growth mindset.
