Position Overview
- Field-based Cardiovascular Disease Specialist covering the Green Bay, WI territory.
- Travel depends on territory needs; overnight travel may be required ~25%.
- Develop and manage relationships with healthcare customers across physiciansβ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned to product labeling.
- Use approved promotional materials to provide customers with key professional/healthcare insights.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver customer insights based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
Minimum Requirements
- S1: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 0β3 years relevant experience (e.g., sales, marketing, military, healthcare/scientific fields).
- S2: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage healthcare professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to market and customer needs.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; works independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driverβs license.
- Reside within 50 miles of Green Bay, WI.

Salary Range
- S1: $79,200β$124,700; S2: $106,200β$167,200.
