Territory Assignment
- Field-based sales role covering Fayetteville, NC. Travel ~25% (overnight may be required) to support client meetings and territory coverage.

Position Overview
- Serve as primary customer contact in assigned territory, developing and managing relationships with cardiologists, primary care, and other healthcare professionals across physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain product knowledge and certifications for the portfolio.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned with product labeling.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Use headquarter-approved information on approved products, disease, and marketplace.
- Monitor performance vs. objectives using company tools.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years (S1) or 3+ years Sales experience (S2), or 6+ years relevant experience if only high school.
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable with digital tools for engaging healthcare professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to market and customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; works independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in territory or within 25 miles (metro) / 75 miles (non-metro); willing to relocate at own expense if outside.

Preferred Experience and Skills
- Sales/account management/consultative/customer service background; 3+ years relevant sales.
- Cardiovascular sales experience with cardiologists and endocrinologists.
- Experience launching products in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information; advanced analytics; multi-channel tools; proactive learning/agile growth mindset.

Benefits / Application Instructions
- Salary range: $79,200.00–$124,700.00. Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive (if applicable). Benefits may include medical/dental/vision, retirement (401(k)), paid holidays, vacation, and sick/compassionate days.
