Position Overview
As a Cardiovascular Disease Specialist, you will drive patient impact by serving as the primary customer contact in your assigned territory and developing/manage relationships with health care customers.
Territory
- Field-based sales covering El Paso, TX
- Overnight travel may be required ~25%
- Must reside within 50 miles of El Paso, TX
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies, standards, and ethics
- Maintain current product knowledge and required certifications
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned to product labeling
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials
- Deliver management updates on customer needs, patient outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals
- Monitor performance vs. objectives using company tools
Qualifications (Minimum)
- S1: BA/BS (or equivalent) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0β3 years relevant experience
- S2: BA/BS (or equivalent) or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience)
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans
- Comfortable using digital tools/platforms with health care professionals
- Flexible/adaptable; strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Independent and collaborative; strong organization and time management
- Valid driverβs license
Preferred Experience/Skills
- Sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service
- Experience analyzing metrics; minimum of 3 years relevant sales experience
- Launching products in competitive markets
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details
- Advanced analytics and multi-channel tools; proactive/agile learning mindset
Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- S1: $79,200β$124,700; S2: $106,200β$167,200
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and company car
