Field-based Sales Role (East Texas territory: Texarkana, Longview, Paris, Mt. Pleasant, Marshall)

Territory/Travel: Overnight travel may be required ~25% depending on territory needs and candidate residence.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain product knowledge and required certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers and business professionals based on product labeling.
- Provide regular updates to management on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Use approved information on products, disease, and the marketplace.
- Monitor business performance vs. objectives using company tools.

Minimum Qualifications:
- S1: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience (sales/marketing/military/healthcare/scientific fields such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices).
- S2: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience, or minimum 6 years relevant experience.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools/platforms with healthcare professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to changing market and customer needs.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; works independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in the territory or within 25 miles (metro) / 75 miles (non-metro); relocate at own expense if outside.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Sales/account management, consultative, or customer service background; 3+ years relevant sales experience.
- Cardiovascular sales experience with cardiologists/endocrinologists.
- Product launches in competitive markets; simplify complex information and convey technical details.
- Advanced analytics and multi-channel tools; proactive learning/agile growth mindset.
