Position Overview:
- Develop and manage relationships with healthcare customers; regularly engage with physiciansโ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the portfolio.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned to product labeling.
- Provide customers with key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Deliver management updates on customer needs, patient outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
Qualifications (Minimum):
- S1: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 0โ3 years relevant experience (sales/marketing/military or healthcare/scientific fields such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices).
- S2: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable with digital tools/platforms for engaging healthcare professionals.
- Adaptable to changing market/customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; works independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driverโs license.
- Reside in Central, PA (within 50 miles).
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Sales/account management/consultative/customer service background.
- Experience analyzing metrics; product launches in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex/technical information.
- Proficient in advanced analytics; comfortable with multi-channel tools.
