Position Overview
- Field-based sales role covering Central, PA territory.
- Develop and manage relationships with health care customers (physiciansโ€™ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, hospital clinics).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned with product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver insights to customers based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- S1: BA/BS (or equivalent) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0โ€“3 years relevant experience.
- S2: BA/BS (or equivalent) or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage health care professionals.
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Independent and collaborative; strong organization and time management.
- Valid driverโ€™s license.
- Reside in Central, PA; must live within 50 miles.

Preferred Experience and Skills
- Background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics; minimum 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Experience launching products; success in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details.
- Proficient in advanced analytics; multi-channel tools/technology.
- Proactive learning and agile growth mindset.

Compensation/Benefits
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and company car.

Salary Range
- S1: $79,200.00โ€“$124,700.00
- S2: $106,200.00โ€“$167,200.00
