Position Overview
- Field-based Cardiovascular Disease Specialist covering the Central, PA territory.
- Develop and manage relationships with health care customers across physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned with product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver key insights based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
Minimum Requirements
- S1: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience.
- S2: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage with health care professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to changing market and customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; organized with time management.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Reside within 50 miles of Central, PA.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Sales/account management/consultative/customer service background.
- Experience analyzing metrics; minimum of 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Product launch and competitive market experience.
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details.
- Advanced analytics for customer insights; multi-channel tools/technology.
- Proactive learning and agile growth mindset.
