Position Overview
- Develop and manage relationships with health care customers across physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.
- Field-based sales role covering the Cedar Rapids, IA territory; overnight travel may be required (~25%).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned with product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver key insights to customers based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.

Qualifications (Minimum)
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with: S1: 0–3 years relevant experience; S2: 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience).
- Able to analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools/platforms to engage health care professionals.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions.
- Proven interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational/time management; able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in Cedar Rapids, IA (within 50 miles).

Preferred Experience/Skills
- Background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics; 3+ years relevant sales experience.
- Experience launching products in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details.
- Proficient in advanced analytics and multi-channel tools.
- Proactive learning/agile growth mindset.

Benefits
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and company car.

Compensation Range
- S1: $79,200–$124,700; S2: $106,200–$167,200.
