Position Overview
- Field-based sales role covering the Asheville, NC territory. Overnight travel may be required about 25% of the time.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned with product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management regular updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver key insights to customers based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.

Minimum Requirements
- S1: BA/BS, or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience (professional sales/marketing/military or roles in healthcare/scientific fields such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices).
- S2: BA/BS, or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience or at least 6 years relevant experience.
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage healthcare professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to changing market conditions.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong independent and team collaboration skills; excellent organization and time management.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in Asheville, NC and within 50 miles.

Preferred Experience and Skills
- Sales/account management/consultative or customer service background.
- Experience analyzing metrics and launching products in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details.
- Proficient in advanced analytics; comfortable with multi-channel tools.
- Proactive, agile growth mindset.

Compensation Range
- S1: $79,200.00–$124,700.00; S2: $106,200.00–$167,200.00.
