Cardiometabolic Medical Science Liaison

Role: Experienced cardiometabolic Medical Science Liaison (MSL) responsible for scientific engagement with healthcare professionals to support clinical stage and launch of Arrowhead’s RNAi-based therapeutics targeting hypertriglyceridemia, familial chylomicronemia syndrome, and hypercholesterolemia. Responsibilities include educating clinicians on RNAi technology, clinical data, and disease management; supporting clinical trials and speaker training; participating in scientific congresses; analyzing scientific literature and competitive landscape; and providing scientific support for medical information inquiries. Core skills involve advanced understanding of cardiometabolic therapeutic areas, excellent communication, and stakeholder management. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, MD, or DO; 5+ years as an MSL in biotech/pharma, with expertise in cardiometabolic therapies; industry experience in Medical Affairs; strong scientific interpretation and strategic planning skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally; and willingness to travel. High-value specifics include focus on RNAi modalities, late-stage clinical development, and engagement in a highly innovative, gene-silencing therapeutic landscape. Location: Field-based within designated territories; travel required.
