Capital Project Manager

Role: Capital Project Manager responsible for planning, design, execution, and close-out of capital projects at the Devens site, ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: coordinate project design, develop cost estimates, manage schedules, oversee vendor engagement, and communicate stakeholder requirements across teams. Support project implementation, enforce safety, budget, and quality standards, and assist Lead Project Manager as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering; minimum of 6 years' experience in project management within biotech or related industries; strong knowledge of engineering principles, regulatory compliance, and construction practices. Preferred: experience supporting manufacturing operations and supporting regulatory requirements. High-Value: managing biotech capital projects, including equipment and facilities upgrades, with a focus on compliance and vendor oversight. Work setup: role based at the Devens, MA site, with a focus on onsite work according to site occupancy requirements.
