Capital Allocation & Investments - Sr. Analyst

Role: Lead financial analysis within Agilent’s Capital Allocation & Investments team, focusing on M&A, organic growth, and portfolio optimization, supporting strategic capital deployment decisions. Responsibilities: evaluate investment opportunities, develop business cases with stakeholders, perform due diligence on M&A deals alongside Corporate Development and advisors, and conduct portfolio analysis for prioritization and strategic planning. Qualifications: bachelor’s or master’s degree; 4+ years in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or valuation; strong finance expertise including valuation and investment returns; experience in M&A deal teams; excellent communication, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
